9/5 Chester County Historical Society takes possession of key Bayard Taylor manuscripts and artifacts to insure their proper preservation.
9/6 Kennett Square Borough Council President Dan Maffei and Kennett Library Board of Trustees President Tom Swett sign the sale agreement enabling the library to acquire the property at the corner of State & Willow Streets know as the “Weinstein Lot” .
9/7 Met with Bill Pugh & Associates to plan for the new library feasibility study
9/15 Met with Dennis Melton, local architect and Joe Riper, Library lawyer to finalize the Lukmire architects contract and discuss the selection of a construction manager.
9/19 Investment policy modified and adopted by the Board of Trustees.
9/21-22 Interviewed two firms as potential construction managers for the new library project.
9/28 Reviewed the Construction Manager proposals
