Meetings & Corporate Retreats
Full and Half Day options are available. Our event planner will work with you to choose one of our state-of-the-art meeting rooms that will best fit your needs.
Corporate Meetings and Retreat packages are available Monday – Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Early access is available for an additional charge.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• All classroom tables and chairs
• Water and Coffee station
• Welcome/directional signage
• Use of our Clear Touch screen (whiteboard and computer), microphone and stereo system for presenting needs
• Listen Everywhere technology (ADA compatible wireless streaming audio system)
• Small breakout room is available by request for private calls/other meeting needs
• Wi-Fi access
• Free parking
• Optional tour of our Library
• Onsite Event Planner
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Guests are encouraged to have a drop off food service. We are happy to recommend our local preferred caters.
AVAILABLE ROOMS:
• Auditorium
• Chestnut Room
• Dogwood
• Oak Room
• Pine/Spruce Rooms (individually or combined)
*Accommodations for 8 up to 130 guests*
AVAILABLE UPGRADES:
• Use of the auditorium for 2 hours. This includes available AV equipment and a dedicated staff member onsite (additional $500).
• Request to use fixtures and other furniture from the library is available with sufficient notice and is subject to an additional set up charge of $50-$100.
• Table, chair, or other furniture upgrades are available through our vendor partners and must be booked through the library.
PRICING:
Pricing is dependent on your room booking and based on full or half day packages. The events team will work to build out your package and provide a proposal.

Private Events
From small intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we have a space for everyone! All private events can be individually crafted to fit your needs. We will work with you to create your perfect event in a beautiful setting!
Private Events are available to host in the evenings or weekends. Some popular events include:

• Cocktail Party
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• A dedicated event space
• Round tables with linens and chairs
• 4 High-top tables with black linens
• 3 6ft. food/bar tables with black linens
• Gift Table (if applicable).
• Welcome Signage
• Use of built in stereo system
• Free parking
• Onsite Event Planner
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Guests may provide their own food for up to 50 guests. Outside caterers are required for 50+ guests. We are happy to recommend our preferred caterers for both drop off or full-service catering.
A separate room for catering prep or storage will incur a $50 kitchen fee.
All alcohol must be provided by the client and served by a certified bartender. Approval by the library is required ahead of time, or we are able to refer our preferred event staffing company.
All vendors must provide their certificate of insurance.

We offer a wonderful selection of Birthday Party Packages to make your child’s special day magical and memorable. There is something for everyone to enjoy!

AVAILABILITY:
Birthday parties are available from 11am-2pm on Saturdays only, and include 30 minutes of set up time prior to the event.
Movie party package is allotted a 4-hour party window.
All packages are subject to talent and room availability.
