Room Reservations at Kennett Library
Interested in reserving a room at the Kennett Library? Do you have staff meeting, training, or board meeting needs?

Reserve a Library Space
Library Space Reservation Details:
- A reservation may be scheduled up to 60 days in advance but no sooner than one week.
- Two bookings can be made per individual/organization per month.
- The rooms can be booked for up to 3 hours, with a 1-hour minimum.
- If you need anything beyond a simple space booking (criteria above), please use our Event Form.
Library Space Reservation Process:
- Request a room electronically at the link above.
- Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request and collect payment/send an invoice.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice. If payment is not received, the reservation is cancelled.
- A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
Reserve a Study Room
Study Room Reservation Details:
- A reservation may be scheduled up to 60 days in advance.
- Due to the high demand, we recommend booking in advance online. However, reservations for the study rooms may now be booked on-site (subject to availability).
- Two reservations can be made per individual/organization per week.
- Each reservation has a 2-hour maximum, 1-hour minimum.
- Reservations for the Study Rooms are free
- Study Rooms hold 1 – 4 people.

- A confirmation email will be sent once the request is approved.
